With the current obesity epidemic in our country, and the cost in lost productivity associated illness and expense for treatment of, i.e., diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, companies are turning to experts like Jeanne Phillips to encourage healthy lifestyles. Self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors:
Break the diet mentality.
Stop living the lies that the dieting industry gives you.
The diet industry is a 55 billion dollar a year industry that is guaranteed to fail. Can you count on one hand how many diets you have been on?
 
A lifestyle change is expensive:
Not true! You don't have to buy expensive equipment and pre-made meals. The cost of not making the lifestyle change is heart disease, arthritis and diabetes as well as low-self-esteem.
 
I do not have time to exercise:
It only takes about 15 minutes a day to get started and you will feel great. Energy is contagious!
 
I can overeat now and make up for this by not eating tomorrow.
